The strangest thing about making a personal homepage is always the question about the reason. Is it to "show off", the quest for acknowledgment or just the fun of letting friends and family participate in our lives?

I really cannot answer this question with certainty, as my quest in the past was always to program my own content management system with PHP in order to see that I am able to do so.... A quest which has now finished! My development finally will be stopped as today there are so many different types and forms of CMS systems on the market, so that it does not make sense to re-invent the circle again.

Thus I decided to build my page with a quite new but very promising child in the family of the CMS systems, called JAWS.

This step gave me time to pursue a new hobby, which I found in photography. So, be my guest on this page and enjoy the fruits and have a look into my pictures below. On the other hand, I would like to invite you into some of my various hobbies in the past likewise making music or drawing.

In the near future I will add a blog to this page to write about things that make me think and life in general.
